To update your payment details, log into your Manage My Account area and go to the billing tab. You will need to sign in using the email address you registered with.

Please note, if you hold more than one product with us then your new payment details will not be copied over to your other products.
You can view your upcoming payments by logging into your Manage My Account area and heading to the billing tab. You can also download your past invoices in the same place.
We accept Debit/Credit Card, Direct Debit and PayPal payments.

Please note, you cannot switch to PayPal if you have already set up payment using an alternative method.
You can stop the payment, but once the payment has been processed. Then, there is no easy way to verify that a copy of the product has not been uploaded; since it is a digital product.
If you’ve taken out a finance lease agreement you will receive a monthly invoice. This will include a breakdown of VAT where applicable, which you may be able to reclaim in your VAT return.
