iCristo Management System

The system is developed to be extremely flexible and completely dynamic, in other words, most actions performed within the System are fully independent of each other; without affecting the functionalities of other system tools in accordance with the Clients preference. Another key functionality is that the System allows members to belong to multiple departments and does not mix-up the marked attendance record. The System also uniquely manages the login process by allowing the User to select which Department they wish to access and customizing the interface accordingly, so an HOD in one Department could be a member in another. Assigned permissions allow users within the several departments with customized functionalities for Departments such as: Technical, Children Teachers, Choir or Chorister, Drama (Creative Arts), Evangelism, Counsellor, Ushering, Finance, Member Follow-Up and Pastoral Care Team (PCT). The system only allows one head of department (HOD) for each department and the rest of the Team members can be assigned other roles within the group. The system contains both Department and Connect or Cell or Fellowship Group attendance records for registered users, which will help the Church to provide well-being follow-up or counselling support to any member and the register is marked by either the department leaders, Data entry personnel or the Church Administrative Team - they are required to mark members present or absent for different events such as Regular Services, Mid-week Service, Prayer Meeting and online or other types of meetings.
